We kindly ask that you help us by washing your hands frequently, utilize our provided hand sanitizer, and avoid bringing multiple family members with you to the office if they do not have appointments.
If you or your loved ones are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you do not come to the practice-we will reschedule your appointment in an expedited manner for a later date.
At this point, our offices remain open, but we are taking all necessary precautions. We care deeply about the health and safety of our patients, community, and families. The current situation is unprecedented, and we will continue to strive to make the best decisions possible given the current state. Dr. Carrie and our team is available remotely via HIPAA compliant messaging through our office phone. If you feel that you need to reach the doctor after office hours with a non-emergency eye concern, responses will be returned in a timely manner during this period. Otherwise, if you have fallen ill, a phone call is the preferred method of contact before arriving to the office and potentially putting others in jeopardy. The doctor will determine the best course of action on a case-by-case scenario to assure your care and the care of others is a priority.
From a practical standpoint, we are asking for your help. From all we have read, small businesses stand to be the greatest affected. We rely on your visits and it is what we love to do! We kindly ask, if you are able, to continue to come out and see us! If you are unable to get to the office for replacement eyewear, eyewear repairs or need contact lenses we will work together to determine the best possible solution to assist you, including home delivery and curb side pick-up.
