Our Glimpse team wishes that you are having a safe and healthy “stay at home” period. We are missing our clients in the offices and also share sadness that our team has been separated from one another for the past week. The offices will be temporarily closed until May 1, 2020 in accordance with new “Stay at Home” & CDC guidelines, but we continue to work hard and are here for you. We are Glimpse Strong and know that with your support our doors will reopen and business will be even stronger. A few reminders:
- Dr. Carrie is available for telehealth sessions. These sessions are typically covered through your primary medical insurances. What this means is if you are experiencing any immediate or urgent concerns with your eye health please call, text or email our office for a quick reply by the doctor. This could relate to eye irritation, significant vision loss, eye pain, red eyes, etc… You will receive a response to connect using teleconference software, so the best course of action can be determined together. Super easy and accessible!
- Regarding eyeglass repairs, contact lens ordering, or other concerns you may have: Again call, text or email and our team will reach out to you ASAP to address your needs. We are also offering free shipping, curb-side pick-up or local delivery on contact lens orders.
- Stay hydrated, eat a well balanced diet, exercise regularly, wash your hands consistently and practice social distancing. With these things in mind, we will all remain healthy and get back to our normal routine sooner than later!
- Contact lenses remain safe for wear during this COVID crisis. Continue to be vigilant with hand washing while washing and drying hands prior to every insertion and removal. Do NOT over wear your contact lenses longer than the recommend duration of your prescribed lens. Discontinue wear if symptoms of illness.
