We are thrilled be able to provide our complete compliment of services including routine and urgent eye care.  Additionally, we will continue to  offer personal styling appointments for eyewear and sunwear.  We want to assure you that we have carefully thought out your visit and have taken the necessary safety measures.

WE COMPLY WITH ALL RECOMMENDED GUIDELINES

As a healthcare provider, we are following all CDC, State and Local recommendations.  We are requiring that everyone visiting the office comply with the following items:

  • If you or a family member is exhibiting signs of COVID-19 or have had positive testing within the past 14 days, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date.
  • An appointment is requested for a visit to the office for any reason.  We will try and accommodate any walk-in guests whenever possible.  Please call, text or email to schedule your appointment prior to coming to the office.
  • All guests will be required to wear a face covering during their eye exam as well as when measurements and fittings are taking place.  Our team will also be wearing masks for everyone’s safety.  We may ask you to wear a mask when social distancing is not possible.

PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

  • Any new patients to the office will be asked to complete pre-registration prior to your appointment.
  • We will gather all insurance information over the phone prior to your appointment.

WE MAKE YOUR SAFETY A PRIORITY

  • Our offices are cleaned and disinfected after every day.
  • All common area surfaces and equipment will be cleaned and disinfected between clients.
  • We will utilize necessary protective equipment when required or requested.
  • Addition shields have been added to our exam equipment.
  • All frames are sterilized utilizing UV light before they are returned to the shelf.
  • We provide hand-sanitizer and may ask you to wash your hands when you enter the office.

IF YOU CAN NOT VISIT THE SHOP

We are always available via phone, text or email during or after normal business hours. We are still offering telehealth exams with our Doctor. We continue to offer direct shipping, home delivery and curbside pick-up.
